Your information, kept simple

This policy covers this website. The Watt iQ app, where you connect your battery, has its own policy shown when you sign up.

What we collect

• Forms you fill in. When you join the beta list or contact us we keep your name, email address and whatever else you type, such as your postcode and battery details, so we can reply and let you know when a place opens.
• Site usage. We use a standard analytics tool to understand which pages are read. It records pages viewed and general device and location information. It does not identify you by name.
• Error reports. If a page breaks, the browser may send a short technical report so we can fix it. It contains the error and the page, never form contents.

What we do with it

We use your details only to reply to you and to run the beta. We do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing. We will never contact you about anything other than Watt iQ.

How long we keep it

Beta list details are kept until the beta ends or you ask us to remove them. Contact messages are kept for two years.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by using the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
